Schiphol and RIFF first joined forces at the end of 2018. Today, RIFF takes on all of Schiphol’s customer contact, 24/7. At the CCC (Customer Contact Centre) we operate on various channels: phone, email, Facebook, WhatsApp, live-chat, and all the social media channels of Schiphol, Eindhoven Airport and Privium. The team exists is around 200 colleagues strong; each of them trained by our own employees.
Together, we make sure millions of travellers passing through Schiphol have a carefree and seamless experience. Whether you have a question about your parking reservation or the nearest vegan restaurant, we have the answer.
