As a Social Media Webcare Specialist, you'll serve as the primary liaison for Philips Domestic Appliances across various digital platforms. From social media channels to online review forums, you'll expertly handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional brand representation.

What will you be doing?

  • Monitoring all online expressions on Philips’ social media channels and keep a close eye on escalations and hot topics;
  • Answering questions from potential and existing consumers about the our client’s product range, in German;
  • Improving the customer satisfaction on all our partner’s social media channels, forums and review sites, striving for a 100% customer satisfaction;
  • Proactively sharing feedback with the team’s manager, to ensure a continuing improvement to the client’s product range and services.
  • Working as part of our German speaking social media team during the current opening hours of 09:00 – 21:00 on week days, and 09:00 - 17:00 in the weekends.
  • You will be a part of our social media team and work as flexible as you want with shifts during the day, in the evening or in the weekend;

  • Your empathetic nature ensures you always approach situations from the customer’s perspective, striving to deliver that smile, no matter the circumstance;
  • You don't make grammatical language errors and possess an excellent language intuition, allowing you to flawlessly respond to all inquiries in writing;
  • You think outside the box to independently solve problems and answer questions. This ensures that every customer feels not only heard but also genuinely helped;
  • You're adept at engaging with customers via social media or email;
  • Your command of the German language is superb, enabling you to communicate clearly and error-free;
  • You're willing to occasionally work at our office in Amsterdam;

 What do we offer you?

  • The salary in this role is €14.25,- gross per hour;
  • We offer a min-max contract of 16-24 hours;
  • Regular working hours, 09:00 – 21:00 during the week and weekend.
  • We also offer the possibility of working from home, allowing you to be flexible and strike a good work-life balance;
  • You will receive intensive brand, product and customer training.
